The order came very late and most of the items in the box were not there. Nobody responded for the multiple queries raised. We had a very bad experience with our first ever order with Nova. Never coming back again.
It's already more than 1month I still haven't received my order. And they are not even responding. How I am supposed to review when i didn't recieved it yet?
Nova nova is worst. I will suggest people to go through this review and never place any order. I'm going to raise a complaint against them to consumer forum. Added proof for customers who are planning to purchase.
I only received 1 item out of 3 and kept sending mails about it and you gave no response
